3DE

In the 3DE program, students engage in a dynamic and integrated learning experience throughout their high school years. Here's a breakdown of what they typically do in each grade:

9th Grade

  • Case Challenges: Students start with real-world case challenges, working on projects introduced by business partners to develop problem-solving skills.
  • Core Academics: They take foundational courses in subjects like English, Math, Science, and Social Studies, often integrated with 3DE themes.

10th Grade

  • Advanced Case Challenges: The complexity of case challenges increases, requiring more in-depth analysis and creative solutions.
  • Core Academics: Continued focus on core subjects, with an emphasis on applying knowledge to real-world scenarios.

11th Grade

  • Consultancy Projects: Students take on consultancy roles, providing solutions to real business problems and presenting their findings.
  • Core Academics: Courses continue to build on previous knowledge, with options for advanced placement or honors classes.

12th Grade

  • Capstone Projects: Seniors complete capstone projects that synthesize their learning and demonstrate their readiness for post-secondary education or careers.
  • Work-Based Learning: Opportunities for internships or work-based learning experiences to gain practical skills and insights.

Throughout all four years, students develop six core competencies: creativity and innovation, cultural agility, self-direction, effective collaboration, engaging communication, and critical and analytical thinking
