School Strategic Plan

Moving Forward Together: Excellence, Opportunity, and Student Success

Tri-Cities High School is proud to share our 2025–2026 Strategic Action Plan, a comprehensive roadmap designed to support continuous improvement and ensure success for every student. Developed in collaboration with our leadership team, faculty, staff, and School Governance Council, this plan aligns with Fulton County Schools’ district priorities while addressing the unique needs of our school community.

Our Strategic Action Plan focuses on six key areas:

Enhancing Performance for All Students

We are committed to increasing graduation rates and improving academic achievement through data-driven instruction, targeted interventions, expanded learning opportunities, and ongoing monitoring of student progress. Through collaborative Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), advisement programs, and additional academic supports, we will ensure that every student has the resources needed to thrive.

Ensuring Impactful Programming

To strengthen learning outcomes for all students, particularly students with disabilities, we are investing in collaborative planning, professional learning, intentional instructional strategies, and specialized support services. These efforts will help ensure that every student receives high-quality instruction tailored to their individual needs.

Prioritizing Safety and Operational Efficiency

Creating a safe and supportive learning environment remains a top priority. Through restorative practices, increased administrative visibility, proactive communication, and targeted behavioral supports, we will continue building a positive school culture where students can focus on learning and growth.

Strengthening Workforce Engagement

Our staff are the foundation of our success. We will continue recognizing and celebrating our educators, expanding wellness initiatives, supporting new teachers through mentorship and training, and creating opportunities for meaningful feedback and collaboration. These efforts will help foster a positive workplace culture and support employee retention.

Utilizing Fiscal Resources Effectively

Tri-Cities High School is committed to responsible stewardship of resources. By carefully monitoring expenditures, aligning spending with school improvement priorities, and maintaining transparency in decision-making, we will maximize the impact of every dollar invested in our students and programs.

Deepening Community Connections

Strong partnerships between schools, families, and the community are essential to student success. We will focus on improving attendance through strategic interventions, family engagement efforts, attendance celebrations, and collaboration with Fulton County Schools Student Services to ensure students remain connected and engaged in their education.

Looking Ahead

As a school community, we remain focused on preparing students for college, careers, and life beyond high school. Through innovative programs such as our 3DE Magnet Program, Visual and Performing Arts Magnet Program, AVID, JROTC, Safe Centers, and In-School Academies, we will continue providing meaningful opportunities that empower students to achieve their highest potential.

Together, we are building a stronger Tri-Cities High School—one that champions academic excellence, student engagement, workforce readiness, and community partnership. We look forward to the continued success of our students and school community throughout the 2025–2026 school year.
